1. Speak to us about your requirements and about your family.

2. If you agree with our terms & conditions, please complete, sign and return your registration and family background information forms. You will need to print out the forms and submit your signed registration form by fax or post so we can get the search process underway.

3. Once received, we discuss your family details with our partner agencies. In consultation with them and the au pair, we recommend suitable and interested candidates who have been carefully screened.

4. From the details we provide, you choose an Au pair. On confirmation from the au pair that he/she is also happy to join the family you will need to send a letter of introduction along with payment to our agency fee (cheque by post or credit card payment by telephone).

Some families like to speak to the Au pair at this point, although it must be understood that their level of English can be basic at this stage.

5. On receipt of payment we will confirm your chosen au pair.

6. A Visa is obtained (where necessary) and travel to the UK is organised by the au pair.

7. We provide you with their travel details, arrival date and time.

8. You are required to collect the au pair from the point off entry to the UK. This may be an airport, train/coach terminal or port. Please confirm this with the au pair prior to travel.

Screening process
The background of all au pairs are thoroughly checked by our partner agencies in the country of origin. This will include an interview and reference check as welll as guidance on what to expect and how to behave as an au pair.
