We have been placing au pairs for over 15 years. Over that time we have built up a small number of the very best partner agencies in a select number of countries. We continue to enjoy an excellent long-term working relationship with our partners based on mutual respect and trust.

We are successful and continue to grow. Due to our success, we are looking to expand our network of partner agencies by a small, select number.

We are interested in speaking to agencies who are the very best in their country of origin and can work to our high standards of excellence and expectation.

Why are we so successful?
We provide host families with au pairs that have been properly screened and are of a high standard.

We aim to provide both au pair and host family with an excellent and supportive service. We offer support and advice before, during and after the placement to help ensure a happy and long-term relationship is built.

We understand the needs of both au pair and family because our consultants have welcomed au pairs to their own home.

In the event of a relationship breakdown and the au pair wants to leave, we will find a good replacement family for the au pair.

At times of emergency, the owners will look after the au pair and provide a temporary home for him/her.

Many of our families are known to us or come by personal recommendation - this is a comforting factor. Whether the family is know to us or not, all are interviewed by telephone so we can understand their specific requirements and needs. They also provide extensive background information in their registration form.

We then work closely with our partner agency to select the most suitable au pair for placement. Once an au pair has been short listed, we work quickly to ensure the opportunity is not lost.

In advance of the au pair arriving, we advise the host family on how an au pair should be treated and we offer guidance on how to establish a happy and worthwhile relationship with the au pair.

Overall we are approachable, we care, we are thorough and we deliver on our promise to partner agency, au pair and family.

In return for our loyalty to partner agencies, commitment and introduction to a regular number of reliable families, we must have au pairs unique to us for a specified period. We also like to agreed on a minimum amount of au pairs supplied to us each year.
