Our main priority is to ensure that the family and au pair are well matched to ensure the au pair settles quickly and a strong and happy relationship is built from the outset.
We are proud to have a team of consultants who are parents and have welcomed au pairs into their own family. We therefore understand the issues first hand. This can be particularly helpful for families who want to host an au pair for the first time where realistic and sensitive advise is needed.
Our success is underlined by our long-standing relationship with a network of partner agencies overseas who carefully screen each au pair before introducing them to us. Together we match the suitability of each au pair to the specific need of the family. Only after thorough consideration do we submit their details to the family.
